2010 Mar 06 1Yes. The chemicals burn the hair at the roots, and occasionally a very thin, unimportant layer of skin. That layer of skin is what you tan was sprayed unto.

2010 Mar 06 3yes it will remove your tan, the only option you have is an epilator, because waxing might also remove your tan.
i have personally used these. what they do is pluck the hair from the root- it will last about a month. it stings a little; all you have to do is rub it a little and it feels better.
