Laser Hair Removal is FDA approved for "permanent hair reduction" because it will reduce hair 90% of the time plus or minus 10%. So you should realistically expect an 80% reduction in hair.

I have heard that in order for it to "leave the country" so to speak, you will need up to 6 treatments!!!! That’s a lot of money if you ask me!!!

Laser hair removal treatment is not permanent.

If you have regularly scheduled treatments, over time it MAY become permanent. However, it really depends on what kind of hair you have. If you have thick, course, dark hair, the treatment is going to be more effective. The reductions and perhaps eventual permanency of hair removal had a better chance than with lighter, thinner hair.

Hair reduction is a likely outcome, but complete removal is going to take many treatments over many years.
