1.if you get laser hair removal before puberty will it grow back?
2.Waxing or tweesing for eyebrows?
-If waxing should I get it done professionally or use a at home kit?
- if tweesing what is a good way to reduce the pain?
3. If there is a less painful, yet works as well of the above methods?(ex.cream?)

2009 Jul 16 11. I am not sure about this one.
2. Waxing is better, definitely get it done by a professional. It will only cost about $10 and it lasts 2-3 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. You can tweeze in between waxings to get the stray hairs that grow back in. But don’t get tweezer happy!!
3. The first time I tweezed my eyebrows, my friend put a warm compress on them for a couple of minutes and then started to tweeze. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought. I have also tried putting Ambesol (the toothache reliever) on them and that helped as well. Creams can work, but its hard to get the desired shape. I like waxing best. You get used to it after the first few times.
Happy tweezing!!

2. If it is your first time, get it professionally done. Then you can do the touch-ups yourself.
3. Waxing is GREAT. The pain will be nothing once you do it a few times and get used to it.

2009 Jul 16 3as for your laser hair removal question,
I would try it, I quit paying attention 5 years ago to that sort of thing,
but at the time I had seen no info on that.
it looks like some people never have the hair grow back the first treatment,
most people that have the hair removed by lasers for a few years do not have it grow back.
some people never get rid of the hair permanently.
so I say try it now and see if it gets rid of it forever.
